Since this year 2013, it has come mandatory for a Seychelles IBC, to deposit the location where the records of the company are kept. This is a part of some new regulations of this country against money laundering. So when a new company is formed, it must be deposited a document listing the location of records, to be kept at registered address of the company itself. Such a document is private and not disclosed to public.
